Is there any evidence that this is true, or is it just an assumption based on the assumptions made about the detainee? If you have evidence that the detainee in question has murdered an merican, then you ought to be able to try them in court. If you have no evidence that the detainee in question ever killed anyone, then you cannot assume he will and lock him forever because of that. That’s the way the law works. You’re imprisoned when you break the law, not just because someone (who has no way of knowing the truth) assumes that one day you will.

Well, Dumbya, I’ll just tell you that there are radical right-wing fundamentalist people in the U.S. that will kill American people at the drop of a hat. In fact, we’ve seen a few of them in action just in the last few weeks. And I don’t believe persuasion is going to work with them either…
