After seeing him run for President last year, I think the public has come to think of McCain as more buffoon than Maverick. Bringing heavy-hitter Sarah Palin along didn’t exactly help his image. They reminded some of us of the old Ma and Pa Kettle movies.

Apparently because McCain spent 5 years as a POW being tortured in Vietnam, he’s been qualified to appear as an expert on anything to do with
a)any foreign country,
