The fact the President Obama is doing just what I thought he would do so soon after the election is what suprises me….Thought we would have a few good change’s first…He has baught into all of bull shit bush’s bad polacies and the war along with installing reich wingers in key position’s or left much of the old guard in place…

rove is part of the most evil and corrupt, the fact he is allowed all the privledge of a protected felon, run’s his mouth and has all the freedom of a king is no suprise to me…He do’s not even have to go under oath, what the hell is that all about.? My answer, it’s all a scam…They dem’s and all play a verbal game and act like they are doing something when in full bold faced lie’s they are doing nothing but continue their little sherade of ripping us off and using flowery speeches to keep us fed little snippet;s of hope they will do their job….Oh a few will do some good localy maybe, but over all they are all 2 sides of the same coin….

We were sold a brand with Obama, the media and big business decided it was time to put a black man in power to capture all the middle age vote’s from those of us that faught so hard during the civil right’s years…Never mind we are the same bunch that are Peace activest and helped stop the Nam genocide…The war issue is not valed enough and the present young voter’s were easy to sway and capture with the flowery hopeful speeche’s…All it took was having an intelligent speeker with a nice looking family and then allow or help mcnut’s implode with the wacko palin and the plan was complete…

I know people will be critical of my post’s, claiming I am not giving President Obama a chance or it took 8 years to get here and it’s only been months he’s been in office but the fact’s remain, we are still at war and supporting 4 at present, that’s billions in tax money…Nothing is being done about holding any one accountable, in fact the present administration is going out of it’s way to block any investigation’s…They are still going to hold people even if they were pardoned..No accountability with the bulging banker’s or them recieving more fund’s, well Yah! who’s the President’s go to bank guy.? Geitner the insider when the problem’s were created….Who’s the go to guy for stopping Israel and it’s funded by us madness.? rahm…..Who are all the other’s in charge,? right leaning centerest looking out for their own self interest and to hell with all of us….

If the public want’s real change we must look to the next presidental and pick a man like Kucinich or maybe a Mckenna in the green party..There will be no change for the good here…President Obama is well aware of the law and yet he continues with the bush executive privledge and ignoring full steam ahead anything constitutional…

We the people are being held captive at the will of the political partie’s while they play out their little kabuki play on word’s and pretend banter to keep them all relevent…No longer are we the home of the free or brave..How brave can unemployed media fed people be when there is no justice just point’s of. political posturing..Stalling and running out the clock to the next election and more promises is all that will happen…

Report: Bush admin. skirted probe of mass Afghan slayings

When CIA-backed Afghan warlord Abdul Rashid Dostum had up to ’several thousand’ Taliban prisoners sealed and suffocated to death in metal shipping containers just days after the United States invaded the country, it did not go unnoticed by the White House.

They simply chose not to do anything about it and quietly worked to discourage efforts to uncover the truth, according to a late Friday report by The New York Times.

This is all being done in YOUR name and funded with YOUR tax dollars (and via other criminal enterprises a-la Iran/Contra).

Failure to hold these folks accountable makes those that refuse to do so accomplishes to said war crimes.

What rove says is meant to inflame – he could have been held accountable for his actions (as could many in dur chimpfurher’s administration).

The news isn’t that crooks steal – ITS THAT LAW ENFORCEMENT LOOKS THE OTHER WAY!

How come “yes we can” became “no we can’t” within the first 100 days – rhetoric about transparency, cleaning up government, and protecting our rights as “our values” have all been thrown under the bus.

1. Creating and maintaining a dislike of government, to the point of irrational hate,

2. Channeling that hate to disconnect people from government except for supporting those that complain it is evil.

3. Using the government to enrich a few key insiders, constantly gorging at the public trough.

4. Telling the others that government is evil and should “wither away” and be “drowned in the bathtub.

Its a very sophisticated scam really where a few steal from the many and then use the dysfunctional government that they create to convince some voters that ALL government is inherently evil.

The point I am trying to make is this – when we talk about the repugs we need to acknowledge that for a few of them, the hypocracy of their rhetoric is PROFITABLE BEYOND AVARICE.

And it takes an awful lot of propaganda to get the rest of them on board – the repug/neocon agenda goes directly against most of the population’s best interest.

Keep in mind that the right have just been rendered politically impotent. To a group of people who would murder their own mothers to get into power, this constitutes a major trauma.

Unable to deal with their political impotence, the right have switched personalities. The symptoms are massive memory loss and a complete personality change.

These are the hallmarks of dissociative personality disorder, and it is ubiquitous among wingnuts today.

Everywhere you look, you find that last week’s fascists are today’s libertarians. Look at the teabaggers. I’m quite certain that the average Republican has forgotten the Bush II Administration ever happened. It’s as if massive amounts of brain tissue have been removed…and now it was all Bill Clinton’s fault.

If the Repubs ever get back into power, their memories will return and they will revert to facism again.

Giving them a “free pass” is being complicit with the treason, war crimes, and crimes against humanity. The precedence of international law is clear – those that cover up or go along with these crimes are also guilty of them.

To make sure this bs won’t happen again.

Unfortunately, this has happened twice where presidents have claimed extraordinary powers. The first was Nixon who made specious claims that the President can do anything he wants and it is not breaking the law. This was rejected by Nixon’s impeachment. That did not stop Bush from reasserting these claims under the guise of national security.

Can this happen again? Of course, it will happen again during the time of national crisis. There have been many times presidents have dealt with a national crisis but only Nixon and Bush have ever argued extreme broad powers. Lincoln and Roosevelt could have claimed more powers but did not because they had respect for the Constitution. The Congress passed laws after Nixon but that did not stop the Bush abuses of power. There is no guarantee that another president will not claim the powers.
