LeBron James wants to ‘dunk on’ President Bush’s ‘ass.’

lebron-jamesCleveland Cavaliers superstar LeBron James is widely considered to be one of the best professional basketball players of all time, but in an interview in next month’s Maxim magazine, he says his ideal opponent would be someone better known for clearing brush than shooting hoops. If given the opportunity to dunk on anyone in the world, LeBron says it would be George W. Bush’s “ass”:

[INTERVIEWER]: If there was one guy on the planet you could dunk on, who would it be? That teacher?

[JAMES]: If it doesn’t have to be a basketball player, George W. Bush. I would dunk on his ass, break the rim, and shatter the glass.

Getting dunked on is considered an embarrassing insult in basketball terminology.

I expect everyone, regardless of their position or education, to show good manners. Politics should not be a free for all with name calling. There was a time when politics was still done with courtesy and respect. You won’t get back to that unless you start to call bad behavior for what it is. The teabaggers are wrong. Pags

Keep ceding the low road to the right because that worked out SO well for us the first decade or so we tried it.

I have no problem ceding the low road to the right. Just because they are in the gutter doesn’t mean I have to jump in with them. Do you seriously think screaming back at the far right whack jobs is accomplishing anything? Other than getting cathartic relief, it does nothing for you or the whack jobs.

Does anyone get the irony of voting down my posts for saying people should exercise good manners?

Election Wins: BUSH 4. LeBron Championships: 0. Talk is cheap, Mr. James.

What if a white basketball player said these things about President Obama

LOL! You man enough to dunk on our POTUS?

BTW, “white men can’t jump”, so it’s safe to say your “argument” is quite fallible.

  131. Virtual Pebble says:

Wrong game insult, anyway. Shrub wouldn’t understand being dunked on; he’s not a big roundball dude. He’s a small roundball dude, so what LeBron needs to do to him is spike him as he slides home – accidentally, mind you. Ripping someone’s cojones and crotch with your cleats deliberately isn’t considered good sportmanship.

    It’s a Black thing.

Like hoarding weapons and b itching bout taxes or like jacking little girls and making them captive biblical spouces?

  133. belaccifer lacca says:

    pags?

What is so egregious about what LeBron said?

Seriously… I don’t see why you are so offended.

    Bclem

You are a liar and a moron. I cant believe how stupid you are. That post of yours was so ignorant it is CLASSIC STUPID.

  135. EugeneDebs says:

Fine keep ceding the low road. I will NOT. Yes it DOES accomplish something. It accomplishes the same thing as punching back a bully that is picking on you. It gives notice you are willing to FIGHT rather than just TAKE abuse. We TRIED ignoring them for a decade or so and it made them MORE detestable AND allowed them to paint the left as weak. You think you are too good to get down in the gutter and fight them there then they will CONTINUE to take the argument to the gutter so they are the only voice being HEARD. You fight the fights that need fighting and letting the right control the debate by getting mean and nasty whenever they start losing the battle of ideas is a LOSER TACTIC. We SAW that when they first started it and we did EXACTLY what you are suggesting. If you dont have the stomach for the fight then fine, stay out of it, but stay out of the way too.

  136. EugeneDebs says:

You ignorant racist child molesting pile of dogshit. Just go kill yourself.
