Fox News promotes incoherent ‘Obama Change Index’ to argue the President is tanking.

FoxNews.com, the official website of the Fox News anti-Obama propaganda network, is promoting what it calls the “Obama Change Index.” The index purports to chart “the impact of policies promised by President Obama,” and conveniently graphs Obama’s progress on a scale of 0-700. It appears that Fox’s “change index” is tabulated by asking one Democratic, Republican, and Independent pundit what they think of Obama on 7 different issues: budget, stimulus, homeland security, foreign/military affairs, social issues, dealing with Congress, law and justice. While Obama’s favorable ratings have been going up recently, Fox News’ index unsurprisingly shows Obama tanking. Reddit user KingBeetle writes of the index, “I can’t even figure out what it means, but for some reason this week, Obama is down 271 points.” It’s now 282 points:

index

A couple of interesting observations from the “Obama Change Index”: On the week of 9/16/09, Obama scored a zero on Homeland Security for no apparent reason. Similarly, Obama scored a zero on “social issues” the week of 6/30/09 because he “tried to placate the gay community.”

Is this part of the “news” segment that Fox touts as proof of their independence? In other words, not being displayed during the “opinion” hours?

  2. Dr. Hussein Matt says:

This sounds reasonable and fair and balanced. Remind me again, where was Faux’s adolf dubyah’s (R-Nazi) index tracking his policy promises?

The Fox $hit stain index shows they are making little progress at stinking up the world despite their grunting and greasy efforts.

  4. Jim Wolf359 says:

That is too funny!!! I’d love to see the statistical basis and logic for this but I doubt it exsists.

    Bunch of Maroons.

  5. dbadass says:

The gay community will not be placated. They have an agenda god damn it! Nobody nows what the hell it is but somehow it is going to threaten heterosexual marriages somehow…

Oh, Matt, you give b-cup too little credit. He will show up decrying the bias of the “Change Index” but will urge us to recognize how some people will see it as legitimate criticism of the administration.

PEOPLE! Follow the link to the Obama Change Index. You can vote on each of the index categories. This is too hilarious to believe. the index points, for the most part, have nothing to do with President, and Nobel Prize winner, Obama. It has to be seen to be believed.

  26. Cal Malenky says:

Fox pundit Karl Rove thought he had The Math in 2006. How did that work for him?

  27. LibertyLover says:

Fox doesn’t believe in math or science. How ironic that they would try to use statistics that also uses observation, experimentation and research to come to a conclusion.

Too bad that their observations are quite faulty and unreproducible.

  28. Bobwurst says:

This index is the most complicated shell game ever devised by a group of monkeys! You can also see a breakdown by democratic independent, republican and Public voters. Yes, there is a separate category for the public. it makes no sense, but it’s very official looking.

Oh, Fox… Keep the laughs coming!

  33. Roket says:

What would FAUX Snooze ratings really be if you factored out all of the waiting room tv’s that broadcast the republican network 24/7? According to my statistics, which are just as good as FAUX, their viewership would be very similar to the US Chamber and go from 3mil to 300K. You may take that to the bank.

  34. dasm says:

Fox just keeps on justifying the WH’s comments about Fox being a Repub news machine. “Obama Change Index”??? Any other networks promoting this sort of partisan propaganda crap? No?? I thought not. Fox IS the Repub station. Not fair, not balanced.

  35. P.D. says:

Or they going to put this Index next to the color coded terrorist warnings? Maybe yellow or orange everytime Obama’s number ‘drop’?

  36. dasm says:

Workerbee- another right-wing idiot troll who is, for some reason, obsessed with NH. As I said before, some graduate student needs to study these losers to see what their obsession is for sites they vow that they hate. Hours & hours spent on hate. Very demented individuals.

  41. dbadass says:

Their main man (beck) is making fox look more and more like a jerry springer show every day. Fck FOX.

    workerbee. Try to stabilize.

  46. P.D. says:

@43, Correct you on WHAT? Obama has better approval ratings on then both the Repugs and Dems. As a matter of fact, the Repugs are the lowest in decades. But I guess you are the type of Faux News viewer who doesn’t like ‘Facts’. And I bet you think the world is only 6,000 years old.

  47. Wayne A. Schneider says:

If they are all in the shithole, as you eloquently type, it kind of makes ‘tanking’ implausible from my POV workerbee.

  60. dbadass says:

Have you always been desperate for any kind of attention?

    – No. I am a student of behavior however but I think you already know that….

  61. P.D. says:

@64, You don’t get it do you? The ‘Town halls’ and ‘Birthers’ and ‘912ers’ are destroying the Repug Party. As a woman who knows a lot of young people, I can tell you they are totally repulsed by the Repug Party. When you have gay bashing, immigrant bashing, and WOMEN bashing, your Party will suffer. The Repugs have NOTHING to offer young people. The Party of ‘No’ will go the way of the Whigs.

  62. pete says:

    Hmmmm.

Even Rasmussen has President Obama’s overall approval at 47%. I don’t think that 47% would qualify as “one small step out of the $hithole”.

  63. sscncturn64 says:

Workerbee, If you have a PC and are capable of reading and writing, then im willing to bet that you are educated enough to know that healthcare reform is a must for our country.
The problem for you is that you think you have to keep backing your repug party. Im sure you have noticed that support for the repug party is shrinking, and for a good reason. Stop watching fox and listening to limpo. That way you will hear what most americans want and believe in.

  64. Mycelium says:

Let’s see, this “Change Index” (whatever the hell that means) is complied by unnamed “pundits” and allows fox website viewers to offer their own assessments? Who but brain-dead fox viewers and maybe the curious even visits their site.

Nobody can possibly this seriously. That is…nobody with capable of cognitive thought

  65. Jane E. Schneider says:

“Cats are far less into copraphagy.”

Too bad, it would make litterbox cleanup a lot easier for me.

Workerbee, back to your comment at #34: Are you planning to explain your opinion in detail for my mentally-deficient husband? Preferably without using vague generalizations involving shitholes?

  66. Mycelium says:

  67. P.D. says:

pete@71, And Rasmussen has always favored Repugs. There’s even a brauhaha about their last poll. LOL! Let the Repugs rely on Rasmussen. I remember when MSM told us the Dems could never get the House and Senate in 2006. And don’t forget, the election last year was supposed to be a nail-biter. Hmm…. I guess even the Pundits can be wrong.

  68. Zooey says:

I thought wingnuts didn’t pay attention to polls?

  69. dbadass says:

    Are they brain dead, too?

No. They are killing time before the Simpsons.

  73. missmolly says:

Fox News is acting like Bucky Katt again. Create some kind of a “poll”, use spurious data to populate it (in this case, hand-picked “pundits” who can be counted on to slant the way FNC wants), and then attempt to polish it with some sheen of legitimacy.

When Bucky Katt comes into the room and announces to Rob that he has “dropped” in whatever “official” poll Bucky is touting, Rob just rolls his eyes — he knows the only one polled in Bucky’s “poll” is Bucky.

  74. gummble-bee-itch says:

    workerbee says:

    dbadass says:

Have you always been desperate for any kind of attention?

It’s not really irony when it’s so utterly stupid and obvious, troll. Being desperate for attention and then claiming someone else is desperate is attention-seeking at its most pathetic.

But I suppose you’ve been playing that particular game a long time.

  75. Mycelium says:

There was a poll a while back that concluded the fact that almost half of all democrats actually watch Fox News on a regular basis. Are they brain dead, too?

    It’s the entertainment value

  76. Xisithrus says:

Conservatives continue to outnumber moderates and liberals in the American populace in 2009, confirming a finding that Gallup first noted in June. Forty percent of Americans describe their political views as conservative

You seem to be assuming that all republicans are conservative and no democrats are. I saw another poll that says only 20% of americans self identify as republican.

  77. Xisithrus says:

FYI workerbee, Texas, a supposedly red state, has a long history of conservative democrats holding the majority here for nearly a hundred years.

  78. P.D. says:

pete@81, LOL! I just had a mental image! That’s what the Repugs are doing. Throwing crap and seeing if it sticks! ‘Socailist’, ‘Communist’, Marxist’… I’m afraid they are running out of poo!

  79. Jane E. Schneider says:

“I’m afraid they are running out of poo!”

    P.D., don’t worry, they’ll make more.

  80. Xisithrus says:

The question, to me, is this workerbee, why do you follow the myth that all democrats are liberal? Coulter books? Pundits? What?

  81. Wayne A. Schneider says:

    workerbee,

I’m still waiting (and getting distracted by all kinds of shiny things.) Please explain why you said Fox News Channel is right. Thanks.

  82. Zooey says:

    Jane E. Schneider says:

    No link?
    October 26th, 2009 at 11:06 pm

It’s a Gallup poll that came out today.

I haven’t looked closely at the methodology.

  83. dbadass says:

40 36 20. Well that shit surely seems significant and withing the margin of error for such a study….

  84. pete says:

Only 6% of scientists polled, including the 36% who call themselves “conservative”, identify themselves as Republicans. I think it’s fair to say that smart people have fled the party leaving the stupidest 20% of the electorate to shout inane slogans at each other.

  85. Wayne A. Schneider says:

    workerbee says:

Is the health care debate suddenly unimportant to progressives? Reid made some startling comments today and I hear nothing, here.

I’ll respond to you if you respond to me. Tell you what, I’ll go first.

TP covered Sen Reid’s announcement earlier today.

    Your turn.

  86. P.D. says:

pete@97, Shh… Don’t let the troll in on that! The last thing he wants to hear is the truth. I, myself, would love a Repug Party full of Sarah Palins and Michelle Bachmans. Let the brain drain continue.

  87. Jane E. Schneider says:

So, this poll actually is saying that 56% of the people polled identified themselves as either moderate or liberal, while only 40% said that they were conservative. Wouldn’t that mean that conservatives are in the minority?

  88. dbadass says:

    Hi workerbee.
Would you like to look more closely at that data or have you moved on to some new bullshit?

  89. Jane E. Schneider says:

“44 comments? How many on the Beck thread?”

Well, we have to have our fun, too. Another Fun Fact: Progressives have a sense of humor.

Have you gotten enough attention yet? I’m trying to watch The Daily Show!

  90. Wayne A. Schneider says:

And your point is, workerbee? I bet it’s related to why Fox News Channel is right, isn’t it?

  91. sscncturn64 says:

Workerbee, Im a dem and I watch fox, for the simple fact that I just want to see first hand the stupid, ridiculous crap that they can manufacture. If you watch fox and believe the sht that they spew then I am happy that its only 18% of the people who consider themselves repugs. Repugs and fox walk hand in hand. Everyday fox and repugs are digging themselves a hole deeper and deeper. Its a freakin joy to watch.

  92. Xisithrus says:

When you say Fox news please differentiate from local news and opinion programming as Murdoch/Aisles calls the Aisles department Fox News. I have a feeling this naming is causing confusion when people ask if you watch ‘Fox News.’

Yes, I sometimes, rarely, watch the local FOX news but never watch the opinion programming portion [O'Reilly Factor, Beck, Hannity, Cavuto [which calls his political charade business]

  93. Xisithrus says:

Obamas number 1 issue is Health care. Progressives number 1 issue is Fox News. Am I right? Going by post numbers I am dead on.

    Assuming facts not in evidence.

  94. Xisithrus says:

Are you a single issue voter workerbee?

  95. dbadass says:

    Am I right?

    No.

  96. Mycelium says:

Keep going workerbee. I’m enjoying seeing you get slammed almost as much as I’m enjoying the homemade concord wine from my humble 6-vine vineyard.

    (Amen sscncturn64 @ 106)

  97. dbadass says:

    I am dead

There has been some talk of Zombies….

  98. Wayne A. Schneider says:

    workerbee,

I hope you don’t want me to get the idea that you are incapable of defending the things you say here.

You made a claim and I asked you (very politely, I should add) to explain yourself and, thus far, you have refused. Would you care to explain why? Thank you.

  99. Xisithrus says:

No wonder Obama and his henchmen/henchwomen are losing sleep over Fox!

O’Reilly, for whatever reason, has had high ratings for ten years. That certainly wasnt a factor in the 2006 or 2008 elections and I dont know why people try to correlate the two.

  103. sscncturn64 says:

Where is eugenedebs tonight? Im sure he would have a good time with this little troll workerbee.

  104. Wayne A. Schneider says:

Oh, workerbee. I had such high hopes for you. But then you went and tried to make a point by pointing out cable news ratings, something which means nothing and proves less.

I had hopes that you would be The One – the conservative who could defend his viewpoint.

I had hopes that you would not just be another drive-by troll tossing out nonsense just to get a rise out of us.

I had hopes that you might turn out to be intelligent.

Alas, I was wrong. You disappoint me.

So, good night, and have yourself a toe-tapping good time in the airport men’s room of your choice.

  105. Xisithrus says:

    workerbee says:
    Are they brain dead, too?

You have yet to differentiate between ‘News’ and ‘opinion programming’

Why does Frank Luntz find it necessary to use language [Framing] to try to sway peoples political opinions if he could just as easily tell the truth?

  106. Ape-Man says:

The FOX NEWS Party should be required to conform to laws and rules for political parties. right?

  107. pete says:

    Xisithrus,

Bill0’s popularity stems from the trailer trash who got used to watching him on Hard Copy. Of course, they only watched Hard Copy because it was on right after Cops and they think it, like FAUX, is actually news.

  108. Ape-Man says:

I mean there must be a test for a ‘political party’ or you could just deny the fact.

  109. Xisithrus says:

Nobody made that claim. I sure haven’t. Obama and a few other deomocrats won soley on “Bush is bad.” Oh…..and “Change!”

You seriously think people make decisions based on mere words?

  110. Xisithrus says:

Bill0’s popularity stems from the trailer trash who got used to watching him on Hard Copy.

I never knew Bellow was on Hard Copy. Thx Pete.

  111. pete says:

No, stupid troll. President Obama won, despite not being entirely Caucasian, because his opponents promised more of the same including even more hate, stupidity, and religious extremism.

  112. dbadass says:

Obama and a few other deomocrats won soley on “Bush is bad.” Oh…..and “Change!”

    – This thesis begs a supporting evidences. Will you be sharing these? Don’t be a pussy. Show us your stuff. Big Boy Pants are worn by Big Boys….

  113. Wayne A. Schneider says:

    workerbee,

You are cordially invited to engage in an act of autofornication.

Goodbye. Next time, I may not be so polite.

  114. Xisithrus says:

I read somewhere a little while ago that Fox News had it’s best year, ever!

I just clicked on the “Obama Change Index” to see what it was. It is just a non-scientific poll because it lets you vote on each category to get its results.

  123. Xisithrus says:

I remember years that ENRON did swell. What did that mean?

Cheaper energy and a stable electrical grid and GWB didnt know Kenny Boy!

  124. The Moderate Squad says:

I read somewhere a little while ago that Fox News had it’s best year, ever!

Wow, with accreditation like that, workerbee, you could be a Faux “journalist” too! Your comment is like Beck’s “Some guy at a university, I don’t know which one, said there were over a million people at the Teabagger Protest.” Pathetic …

  125. Xisithrus says:

Oprah Winfrey has more viewers than Oreilly workerbee, what does that tell you?

  126. dbadass says:

    Turn of your tv dude…

  127. dbadass says:

Give me back that fillet of fish, give me that fish….

Television is for morons. Some smart people watch tv but they have limited mobility. So they are kind of screwed which is a super bummer….

  128. Xisithrus says:

    Bailouts? Asking for more money!
    Jobs? Worse!
    Wars? Worse!

But but but purple fingers!! Tax cuts create jobs!!

  129. Mycelium says:

Are you being paid to do this workerbee?

  130. OutstandingInMyField says:

I read somewhere a little while ago that Fox News had it’s best year, ever!

Best is such a vague term. It is dependent of the value system used. Best financially? Best in terms of popularity? Best year for journalistic integrity and raising the level of discourse? Or maybe the greatest number of shamwows! sold. Define your values.

  131. dbadass says:

Are you saying that morons watch msnbc?

    – No I am saying tv is for morons and people that sit around and try and defend fake ass shit like FOx “News” are total morons. Have i made myself clear now?

  132. Xisithrus says:

If you listen to Cramer I would tend to question your rationality.

  133. Xisithrus says:

Have you guys ever noticed how many dysfunctional [family] shows are on TV today?

  134. Trollspotter says:

    workerbee says:

Hello, all of my fellow progressives!

    Hi, fake progressive!

    workerbee says:

I read somewhere a little while ago that Fox News had it’s best year, ever!

Neato, that’s bad news for the GOP.

  135. dbadass says:

If a hole was increasing in depth evidence of such should be easily quantifiable. Why do I get the feeling this won’t be happening?

  136. Leftside Annie says:

    Mmmmmm….pie!
    Pie…in the sky.
    The sky is blue!
    Therefore the sky is progressive!

    But…my pie is cherry. Wait!
    Cherries are red.
    Red stands for communists.
Red State is a rightwing site!
That means Red State is harboring COMMIES!

Who hate moms! And pie! And America!!!

    .
    .
    .
Wow. Thinking like a Republican is like, painful. :o|

  137. ralph the wonder llama says:

    pete says:
    Hmmmm.

Even Rasmussen has President Obama’s overall approval at 47%.

Funny you should mention Rasmussen, pete. As I studied this great leap in statistical analysis from our friends at faux News, i was reminded of Rusmussen’s gimmicky “Approval Index” which only looks at strong approval and strong disapproval, as if the rest of us who approve or disapprove only moderately don’t matter.

It’s surely a coincidence that this President will always have a large number of “strong” detractors — basically what’s l;eft of the Republican Party, and most of those who call themselves “conservative with libertarian leanings” these days. I doubt if that was factored into the composition of the Index at all.

I mean, it’s not like Ras would deliberately try to engineer a new measurement specifically to achieve a desired result, would they?

  138. OutstandingInMyField says:

Xisithrus, the only shows I ever let my child watch are on Discovery. Darn near everything on TV is dysfunctional.

  139. ralph the wonder llama says:

Did this “workerbee” sockpuppet really try the old “I’m a progressive just like you” disguise?

I thought they stopped teaching that one at Troll Central because it was so easy to spot.

  140. OutstandingInMyField says:

    Leftside Annie says:

A classic lefty! Thanks for reminding me of Joe Hill.

You will eat, bye and bye,
    In that glorious land above the sky;
Work and pray, live on hay,
You’ll get pie in the sky when you die

  141. ralph the wonder llama says:

    workerbee says:
We’ve written a lot about Fox News’ ratings. Here’s the deal – they’re on pace for their best year of all time in total viewers during prime time and total day.

Who has “written a lot about Fox News’ ratings”?

    You and other trolls?

‘Cause trolls are the only ones I ever see writing about Faux News ratings.

But as long as you bring up the subject, can you explain what the ratings of cable news networks mean in this context?

Do you see it as evidence of a triumph of the conservative message in the marketplace of ideas?

  142. Xisithrus says:

Darn near everything on TV is dysfunctional.

Yepp, from the Simpsons to American Idle. Sad. I watch so little TV nowadays and when I do its either educational, scientific or historical.

  143. Xisithrus says:

Its beyond Orwellian to watch these crowing craniums talking about core and family values then on comes Southpark. Im like WTF?

  144. Mycelium says:

    Leftside Annie says @ 162

    That was a gem!

Great grin to end the evening on…thanks!

    Goodnight All

  145. pete says:

    Xisithrus,

The local broadcast of Jack VanImpe’s show, he’s a very odious televangelist, is always followed immediately by an ad for a gay chat line! I have to believe that some wag at the T.V. station is immensely pleased with him/her self.

  146. Keith says:

Some little hypocrite needs his memory refreshed. Here are dozens of verifiable polls:

    http://www.pollingreport.com/BushJob.htm

    ———————————–

    Gallup: OCT.10-12, 2008

“In general, are you satisfied or dissatisfied with the way things are going in the United States at this time?”

    Satisfied = 7%
    Dissatisfied =91%
    Unsure = 1%

    NOW THAT’S TANKING!!

  147. Xisithrus says:

The local broadcast of Jack VanImpe’s show, he’s a very odious televangelist, is always followed immediately by an ad for a gay chat line!

    Heh.

I was reading earlier about a church in Illinois that was paying people to come to church, kinda like a lottery, they could win, reading further it upped the Churches weekly donations from 21k to 40k. The pastor said it was good because he could show people how to be financially responsible.

  148. ralph the wonder llama says:

I can see I’m not needed here — dbadass has the troll running scared and the rest of the crew is in position to block any of the exit holes in the baseboard if said troll tries to escape. So I’ll call it a night.

    ___________

Geez, ralphie… will one of these ch*cken sh*te clowns ever take you up on that?

I’ve seen you ask that question AT LEAST 6 or 8 times now, and the troll so queried allus seems to disappear in a cloud of greasy, sooty smoke…

What is it w/ righties and “cable news ratings” anyways?

Is like some sort of Special Olympics for conservatives?

    ***best Bart Simpson impression…***

    “No… you don’t UNDERSTAND, Milhouse…

    it’s C… A…A… B… L… E… news…

    … C… A…A… B… L… E…

    It comes thru a C…A… A… B… L… E…

    It’s better!!!!”

  150. sscncturn64 says:

Fox news ratings dont mean dick. First off all they dont report news. They work for the repug party. Second, people like me watch fox for entertainment value. I voted for Obama, im a progressive, and im a liberal. Libs are educated enough to get their news from a few different sources. Wingnuts sit in front of their teevee watching beck, orielly, and hannity and believe the blatant lies and fabrications that come out of thier fox box. You wingnuts believe their crap because you want too. The talking heads on fox and their viewers are racists and cant handle the fact that a black man is running our country. What I enjoy the most is watching the repugs squirm in their hatred and they keep saying and doing things that are hurting them. The repugs are so fcking stupid that they dont even realize that they are burrying themselves.
If your a repug, Think about this. Steele is the head of the RNC. He is a gift for dems. This idiot just has to open his mouth and the repugs lose supporters. Then theres beck and limpass. If I believed in god then I would say those two idiots were a gift from god for the democratic party.
You cant stop progress. Repugs and their wingnut followers want to live in the past. It aint gonna happen. So STFU and move out of the way. Progress and Obama are coming thru, and it is for the better.

This “poll” is as phony, if not more, than the Rasmussen “polls” that FOX phonies always quote.

There, you see? Everyone’s a winger. The science proves it.

  154. Bozo The Neoclown says:

I read somewhere a little while ago that Fox News had it’s best year, ever!”

hey tard, is that like boo-hoo glenda becky’s “some university” statement?

  155. KayInMaine says:

The right wing of this country knows it’s base is retarded so they’ve always used numbers and percentages to confuse them, because keeping them confused is the only way to control them all (they can herd cats!).

Can’t remember the company name, but there’s one on Beck’s radio show that basically says, “And this is why we chose you, a Beck listener, for our product”. Yep! They know their base well!

I’d like to know how many of Beck’s listeners are INSURING THEIR FOOD AT THE MOMENT? One advertiser on Beck’s radio show: http://www.foodinsurance.com/

    Idiots.

  156. Death Counselor says:

See FOx news is in the business of MAKING the news. Not reportin g on news happening other places. No, They will make the story with their rhetoric and un-maerican slander of the President because it serves their purposes of uncutting the president, because he is not who they wanted. They are not just a vocal adjunct ot the GOP they ARE THE HEART AND SOUL OF THE GOP. If Fox died the GOP would be dead in 6 months.

  157. Death Counselor says:

    Xisithrus says:

Darn near everything on TV is dysfunctional.

Yepp, from the Simpsons to American Idle. Sad. I watch so little TV nowadays and when I do its either educational, scientific or historical.

Scuse me X, but have you ever noticed that it seems to always be Fox who pushes the envelope usualy over the edge to get higher ratings, and in the interim make society a little more hostile with their programming.

    Fox needs to die.

  158. Papirini says:

I…I took some statistics in college and this chart…it is so buggered up it isn’t even funny. Just for starters (and only for starters), how can you poll only three people and expect to get an accurate number? That, and how can you do a poll with over 100 percentage points? :/

  159. Purple State says:

My my. Olby Sucks must have gotten into a lover’s dispute with Keith Olbermann. I guess he works out to alleviate his sadness about such a break-up.

Hence the name change to “workerbee”?

Don’t worry, man. Keith still loves you.

  160. johnny dol1ar says:

The Fox gNOpig Propaganda Lovers always bring up their supposed all important “demo” to somehow justify the lies at Fox.

The 3 million, or whatever figure that is, morons that watch the sht flinging Baboon are the same morons that watch Billdo and KKKlownnity.

It is the same toilet bowl, it is the same sht, rehashed over and over.

Billdo has his little segment with the sht flinging Baboon to discuss… the same sht the Baboon did on HIS own show.

For WaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahlaS$ to use the SAME talking point as the Baboon did, it ONCE more displays Faux as a gNOpig propaganda arm, NOT NEWS.

  161. Lunaluz says:

Another Faux News, baffle them with Bullsh!t tool. Amusing, but stupid!

  162. bschmalfeldt says:

I did some research on who these “pundits” actually are. The “democrats” are a DINO and a theater writer. The “republicans” are teabagger ACORN conspiracists. The “independent” is a Libertarian.

    My research is here.

  163. smidget says:

We should start a Fox News Change Index on this site.

We can have Slappy or some other troll give the positive opinion, ralph, toasterhead, missmolly, or Zooey take care of the reasonable middle of the road stuff, and either RHF (if we can find him), EugeneDebs, or myself come in with the verbal smackdown of all things Beck-ish.

I bet it will keep falling, too. And, similarly to their Change Index, will mean precisely dick.

  164. ALEJCARO says:

Is anyone really surprised that FOX GOP NEWS would create something like this? Can they be more predictable? Can’t blame them, they’re feeding their flock with what they want.

FOX GOP NEWS is a circus freak show. Out of decency one doesn’t want to look, but can’t help peeking once in a while to witness the tragedies and absurdities of humanity.

There was a poll a while back that concluded the fact that almost half of all democrats actually watch Fox News on a regular basis….
    October 26th, 2009 at 11:05 pm

Think about that statement for half a minute. Population of US is over 300 million. Subtract one-third as being too young. Leaves 200 million. Assume one-third are Dems. That’s 66.6 million. Half of them watch Fox Snooze? That’s 33.3 million from Dems alone! Independents and Repubs would be higher! Over 100 million watch Fox Snooze on a regular basis?? Their viewership is only 3 million!! That poll only occured in your head!!
