China currently has 12 gigawatts of installed wind power, but that is set to grow to 20 gigawatts by next year, the newspaper said.

I think it’s worth hammering away about increase in exceptional weather; I just stick to my guns. I’m tired of people pretending aggregated weather has nothing to do with climate and that we’re not seeing a lot of extremes. It’s not an argument they can win in the long run. It’s the havoc, well on its way.
