My apologies for those who use Internet explorer and had trouble accessing Climate Progress today.

I copied Dr. Curry’s post from MS Word — and that brings in a whole host of hidden HTML, which screws up the page for IE, but doesn’t seem to bother Firefox, which is why I didn’t notice it.

It should be fixed now and I will endeavor to avoid that mistake again.

  1. Molnar says:

The site has not worked in Opera for some time now, but I can live with that as long as it works in Firefox. If it only worked in IE it would be a different story.

  2. From Peru says:

    Apologies accepted.

But there are a few more technical problems:

1)every time I select some word or click anywhere in the page it automatically jumps to the top of the page.

2)I post links in the comments, but I have to split the comments because the system accept just one link. Then it says “you are posting with too much frecuence, try again later”(if I must split the comments in parts, of course there are “too frecueny posts”)

    Please fix the problem.
Maybe this just happens in my country, Peru (located in western tropical South America), and so you don’t notice it.

From a regular reader in Lima, Peru.

PD: technical problems aside, excellent blog!
