Matt Davies: Official Global Warming Debunking Tool

From cartoonist Matt Davies, “Scepticemia”:

Davies writes on his blog:

This one goes out mostly to the legions of editorial cartoonists who have penned cartoons to infer that the continued existence of snow is an ironic sign that climate change is a hoax. People may have their quibbles with global warming and its dour prognosis, but pointing to snow as exhibit A in the discussion says more about you than it does about global warming.  Also if you really want to use my (free) awesome debunking tool, I suggest you laminate it or something.

We All Win Tax Cut? WAWW,”We All Win War”? What ever you call it I do not care, it is the outcome that counts. I posted on this thought yesterday and I am at it again ~4AM PT.

So here is the deal and being a little rusty in spending $400 billion or there abouts, I welcome thoughts.

The Democrats are appalled at the thought of giving huge tax cuts to the folks that already control MOST of the wealth.
The Re-pee-uuu-blicans feel their need to score a “win” for their constituents.

The Nation needs to get on the Green Energy band wagon PDQ and that is going to take big bucks. The Status quo feel more secure in investing in tried and true Pollution-for-Profits Technology, but thinking folks see trouble ahead on that course and recent history supports that conclusion.

Enter WAWW. The rich get their tax break but they must invest the equivalent amount of money in the Awakening Green Economy. That money is then given to the Military to administer and disseminate in a war time economic mode to achieve maximum bang for the buck. The Re-pee-uuu-blicans trust the military with current support of ~$650 Billion a year off the top. Even to the point of “NO Bid” contracts. Oversight of spending comes from all branches of government and must be democratic. In-ability to reach a majority approval gives the Military final decision and control. No Filibusters!. The military on a “War” footing has experience spending billions in a heart beat. Science loves to work with the military and for the most part visa-versa. Recall the Manhattan Project for one. The Military likes to WIN also. (Which will be good for the nation, economy, employment, health, law enforcement, education, in short every part.) Waste, fraud and abuse will be treasonable offenses. The Re-pee-uuu-blicans got to love that.
In RETURN all unsubstantiated opposition to scientific reasoning must stop as well as corporate support there of. Elections on every front will be public funded. Campaigning will last two weeks. As the economy grows a large segment off the top goes to deficit control. Additional profits dispersed per capita. Universal health care comes to mind. The Draft, but voluntary should be no problem given health and training benefits, will be installed but only for the Non-Violent branch. Cross investment of military spending from traditional Military to Green Military is encouraged, R&D etc. but from “Green” to “Kill” branch is outlawed. Etc. etc.

Just what will the Re-pee-uuu-blicans do other wise with their wind fall barring the above suggestion. It is quite clear. They will continue to obstruct any meaningful progress to the point of humanicide as long as they have the money in the end.

I really don’t think quoting every MSM editor’s favourite sensationalist contrarian is evidence that we are collectively too stupid to act.

I just don’t get why people pay attention to Lovelock….

DavidCOG says “I just don’t get why people pay attention to Lovelock….”

So far he is correct. Optimism is a lack of knowledge … Still i consider myself an optimist, just like Lovelock. And to point out the obviously truth, which is that the human species is way to flawed in taken the gift of planet GAIA seriously. So far humans exists almost like back 200 years ago. With assessing all data you could come to the conclusion that the human species still idles at what is coined “Dark Age 2.0″.

So far humans fail the species/planetary “IQ Test” boundary. To exist in equilibrium with our environment, the planetary boundaries. Which will be hit by every species in the universe at one point of evolution. Also see Fermi Paradox or the hypothesis from people like Prof Hawking, which assume that the reason why we did not yet made contact with an alien species is because EVERY SINGLE ACTION observed on our orbit SCREAMS – WE ARE GREAT WITH FUCKING UP THE ENTIRE SYSTEM.

With each technological breakthrough the chance of total destruction rises, same goes for population growth – which can only be solved with space colonization. Which all requires some form of stable system to manage all these task. Every task of destruction weakens the entire system.

Maybe it is true that our ancestors exchanged their DNA with the neanderthaler, which flawed us from the very start. They are gone it is just a matter of time now till we make room for the next step in evolution. The predecessors of eukaryotes are about to step up to the plate.

ONLY A MIRACLE and combined efforts, Unity and truth can save the Human Species now. Everything else is doomed to fail. And CHANGE is not happening – i do not see it yet (Just look how we treat Assange!), ok i stop now and crawl back under my stone :)

Lost civilization may have been beneath Persian Gulf
“Given the presence of Neanderthal communities in the upper reaches of the Tigris and Euphrates River, as well as in the eastern Mediterranean region, this may very well have been the contact zone between moderns and Neanderthals,” Rose told LiveScience. In fact, recent evidence from the sequencing of the Neanderthal genome suggests interbreeding, meaning we are part caveman. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/40605372/ns/technology_and_science-science/
