If Global Warming Is Real Then Why Is It Cold blog, documenting a certain class of cartoons…
Anna, many of those cartoons are really very funny. The idea behind the site reminds me of the Flintstones being a documentary film for the creationist. Thanks for the laugh.
Those cartoons are sad: anyone from the Upper Midwest knows that the colder the weather, the less likely we are to get significant amounts of snow. It’s the southern “warm” fronts (with their ability to carry a lot more moisture) that bring huge amounts of snow with them.
I can take this cartoon two ways: Extreme stupidity or extreme sarcasm. Was it meant to be dual purpose or what was the intent?
The ‘Rain in Europe’ comment makes me think the cartoonist is very much ridiculing deniers.
Agreed?
I look at Australia, Brazil- and even outside my window here in Connecticut at the huge snow amounts-when will Americans begin to wake up?
When alligators are swimming in the Hudson River?
#4 SunMan:
Yes, it is indeed ridiculing deniers.
Esop – Thank you. Thought so, but was reading late at night and TMInformation made me want to double-check to make sure. :)
