The floodwaters in Victoria are now moving so slowly that the people of Swan Hill may have to wait until next month to find out how high the water will eventually get.
“It’s just a bit back from the house, but everything is still flowing well and everything is just still mind-boggling,” she said.
“Stand here on the property and look around and as far as you can see it’s water.
I liked Brice Petty’s cartoon in yesterday (the 25th’s) The Age. Petty is getting on, but he remains, in my opinion, our wisest, most humane, cartoonist.
