It is difficult to use the word “should” related in any way to an ethnic, racial, or regional group of people and not sound paternalistic. Is there a better way to rephrase the header here?
Because racial and ethnic minorities suffer more from the direct and indirect consequences of pollution. I say this as an American of Hispanic ancestory (from my fathers side).
