AEI Fellow Steven Hayward Calls For ‘Decarbonization Of The Global Energy System’ | In a paper on climate policy, Steven Hayward, a fellow at the conservative American Enterprise Institute, acknowledges that “we cannot effectively manage human impact on the climate over the long run absent the decarbonization of the global energy system.” He and his co-authors also call for stronger enforcement of EPA regulations against traditional pollutants — just as House Republicans are trying to roll back the Clean Air Act.
