Today, as many as 100 former Obama campaign volunteers and staffers sat down in front of the White House in protest of a possible expansion of the Tar Sands XL pipeline. As demonstrators were arrested by police, onlookers shouted, “Thank you!” and chanted for climate justice. ThinkProgress was at the scene. Watch our video:
