GOP Senators Push Immediate Keystone XL Approval | GOP Sens. John Hoeven (ND), Richard Lugar (IN), and David Vitter (LA) are introducing a bill to grant federal approval of the Keystone XL tar sands pipeline to foreign company TransCanada. The bill will be co-sponsored by 40 other Republican senators and coal-state Democrat Sen. Joe Manchin (WV).
