    From france, I think that Carbon Pollution is a good name to word the problem we are facing.
    In the interview, I didn’t get what this rule consisted in. my point of view is that we must put a price on carbon pollution.
    Polluter Payer is a clear motto obviously understandable by everyone. Our citizen association taca (for TAx CArbon)supports a carbon tax, with redistribution of the money collected with the same share for every human being.
