It’s gone “Viral” with only 91k hits?? =\

Beyond the “symphonic” part it’s a great video. That the use of synthesizers has become so pervasive is a sign of the dumbing down of humanity. The dire situation we’re all in shouldn’t have to be “jazzed” up with such a horrendous musical style. The presentation by Mr. Gore stands on its own without need to bastardize it.

I’m sorry that you’re not a fan; however, there is little dumb about electronic music. The video has served a great purpose if it helps one person realize the dangers of AGW. Your pretentiousness, on the other hand, does little to change minds.

  4. Iain says:

Wow, Al Gore meets Glee Club! Seriously though, excellent work on behalf of the artists who assembled the video.

And yes, I continue to be amazed at the deniers, despite the facts and reality that is in front of them. Refusal to change, to accept responsibility is the greatest challenge this movement faces.

  5. peter whitehead says:

The deniers may well be people who also think everything is a conspiracy – jfk, apollo, etc

  6. Phil Blackwood says:

    Play it for your kids.

My 11 year old daughter, who can always be counted on for an eye-roll when the topic of climate comes up, LOVES it and has the words memorized already.

    This has been added to

Earth Fail Warning (YT playlist) These are songs from the past 60 years that predict problems with the climate and environment.

More Earth Fail Warning: (because YT play lists can only contain 200 songs.)

  8. Chris says:

Please, no more autotune. It makes me want to see the Earth burn.

  9. Thanks for the giggle .
