During an appearance at the Brookings Institution yesterday, AFL-CIO president Richard Trumka was asked about the ongoing occupation of Wall Street by demonstrators outraged at the financial industry’s behavior. Trumka told the questioner that he “happens to agree” with the protesters and that “being in the streets and calling attention to issues is sometime the only recourse you have.” Watch it:
