Annual Community College Tuition Has Risen 40 Percent In the Last Decade | CNN Money reports that “over the past decade, average annual tuition for a year of community college has risen 40% to $3,122, according to the College Board, a nonprofit group that runs the SAT exam.” In the last three decades, the cost of a college degree has increased 1,120 percent.
