Health Reform Opponents Concede That Repeal Of IPAB Is Unlikely | Via Inside Health Policy: “Capitol Hill opponents of the Independent Payment Advisory Board are pessimistic about their prospects of repealing the powerful Medicare cost-cutting board created by the health reform law…so they are considering changes to weaken the board, although they don’t yet have a legislative proposal.”
