Feds Award $185 Million In Exchange Grants To 13 States, Including Four ACA Opponents | The Hill’s Sam Baker reports that the money is going out to states that have “taken some action to set up an exchange — not necessarily by passing a state law to create the new marketplace.” Interestingly four of the recipients — Indiana, Washington, Mississippi, Nevada — are also challenging the constitutionality of the law in court.
