Republican Judge Reconsidering ‘Citizens United on Steroids’ Decision | Last week, Republican Judge James Cacheris held that corporations have a constitutional right to donate directly to political campaigns. After this decision was widely panned — even by conservative legal scholars — the judge has now asked for new briefs examining whether he should reconsider this holding.
