Watchdog Group Probes GOP Congressman | Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington filed a FOIA lawsuit last week seeking records concerning the Justice Department’s decision not to prosecute Rep. Jerry Lewis (R-CA). Lewis allegedly steered millions of earmark dollars to lobbyist clients who made hefty donations to his campaign.
