Funder Poised To Pull Money Out Of Wal-Mart Lawsuit | As an additional sign that thousands of Wal-Mart employees will be left out in the cold, now that they have lost their ability to bring a class action against the company, a foundation that provided $770,000 to help fund the litigation is looking to pull that funding.
