Koch Subsidiary Fined For Making Illegal Foreign Campaign Contributions | INVISTA, a Luxembourg-based subsidiary of Koch Industries, received a $4,700 fine from the FEC for making illegal foreign campaign donations. This fine amounts to little more than a slap on the wrist, however, because INVISTA has made a total of $26,800 in illegal contributions.
