25 Foot Tall Inflatable Justice Prosser Chokes Wisconsin Capitol Visitors | Miles Kristan, an activist in Madison, Wisconsin, constructed a 25 foot tall inflatable replica of state Supreme Court Justice David Prosser, who allegedly assaulted fellow Justice Ann Walsh Bradley. Like real Justice Prosser, balloon Justice Prosser is also capable of seizing people by the neck:
