President Obama To Nominate Fourth Openly Gay Judge | President Obama will nominate Michael Fitzgerald, an openly gay man, to a federal court in California. Fitzgerald will be Obama’s fourth openly gay judicial nominee — although only one of these four has made it through the U.S. Senate’s wall of obstruction.
