‘Gutsy’ | That’s how Rev. Jerry Falwell, Jr. — son of the infamous preacher who blamed the 9/11 attacks on “the pagans, and the abortionists, and the feminists, and the gays and the lesbians” — described Gov. Rick Perry’s (R-TX) suggestion that Texas may secede from the union. Perry spoke earlier this week at Liberty University, the conservative evangelical college run by Falwell.
