DOJ Will Ask The Supreme Court To Hear The Affordable Care Act Case Today | An e-mailed statement from the Department of Justice says that they will file a petition with the Supreme Court today seeking review of the sole court of appeals decision striking down the Affordable Care Act — meaning that they spent only about half as much time preparing the petition as they are allowed to spend.
