Even Lindsey Graham’s Pick For The Federal Bench Waited Nearly Half A Year For Confirmation

Last January, President Obama nominated Judge Henry Floyd — a sixty-three year old Bush appointee to the federal trial bench — to the Fourth Circuit at the recommendation of Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham. Floyd was confirmed last night, but only after he waited almost five months for a floor vote.
