Atlanta resident Teresa Culpepper spent 53 days in jail after she reported that her truck had been stolen because police mixed her up with a criminal suspect who was also named Teresa. The two Teresas do not appear to have anything else in common, but it nonetheless took nearly two months to discover this error and release Culpepper from jail. Watch:
