Rand Paul Finds Yet Another Thing He Thinks Is Unconstitutional | Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), who believes that the national ban on whites-only lunch counters, Social Security and Medicare are unconstitutional, is now lashing out at President Obama’s recent recess appointments, calling them unconstitutional too.
