Missouri Legislative Session Ends Without Voter Suppression Amendment | The Missouri legislature wrapped up its 2012 session without passing revised ballot language proposing to amend the state constitution to require a photo ID to vote. A similar voter suppression amendment did pass the legislature in May 2011, but was struck down by a state judge as misleading.
