Missouri Legislature Passes Bill Creating Special License Plate For NRA Members | The Missouri legislature enacted a transportation bill late last week which “allows members of the National Rifle Association to obtain specialty license plates bearing their organization’s name under certain conditions”:
The bill now goes to Gov. Jay Nixon (D).
