GOP Congressman Wants To Amend Constitution To Stop Obamacare ‘Tax’ | After the Supreme Court upheld the Affordable Care Act, Republicans seized on the fact that the individual mandate was ruled as constitutional under Congress’ taxing power, falsely claiming that it is a “massive tax hike” on the middle class.
