- Singapore’s High Court will decide whether to usher that country into the 21st Century by declaring a law banning sex between two men unconstitutional.
- A federal judge in Nevada held that it is unconstitutional for Nevada ballots to allow voters to vote for “none of the above” — at least as long as “none” cannot actually win.
- Supporters of a ballot initiative protecting collective bargaining rights in Michigan ask a state appeals court to place it on the ballot in November.
- The Obama Administration was under the misimpression that Justice Kennedy was the swing voter in the Affordable Care Act case. For the record, ThinkProgress was not.
- Justice Scalia explains that a justice changing their mind about a case after they initially voted for a different outcome is not that uncommon.
