New York Judge Censured For Approving Own Firearm License, Accidently Discharging Gun In Chambers | The New York Commission on Judicial Conduct formally censured Judge Vincent Sgueglia this month for approving his own concealed-carry permit. Sgueglia was also censured for unintentionally discharging his gun while he was attempting to repair it in his judicial chambers.
