Nevada Appeals Ruling Against ‘None Of The Above’ Ballot Option | The State of Nevada has filed an appeal with the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, asking them to overturn a lower court ruling that a state law allowing voters to select “none of the above” is unconstitutional. One Nevada voter has requested an emergency stay motion while the appeals court considers the case.
