Arkansas Supreme Court Allows Medical Marijuana Initiative To Move Forward | The Arkansas Supreme Court unanimously rejected a petition by a religious conservative group seeking to remove a medical marijuana initiative from the state’s ballot this November. If the initiative passes, Arkansas will be the first southern state to legalize medical marijuana.
