- Meanwhile, law professor David Post reacts to Finkelman by doing his best to demonstrate that libertarianism is a personality disorder.
- New York’s Commission on Judicial Nomination names seven finalists for a seat on that state’s highest court. Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D-NY) must select one of these seven to fill a vacancy left by Judge Carmen Beauchamp Ciparick’s retirement.
