BREAKING: Supreme Court Will Hear DOMA And Prop 8 Cases | The Supreme Court just issued an order indicating that it will hear challenges to the Defense of Marriage Act and to California’s anti-gay Proposition 8. Although a date for the oral argument has not yet been set, it is likely that the Court will hear the case in March and issue an opinion in late June.
