NOM Blog Churns Out Non-Marriage (But Still Anti-Gay) Posts | Despite the fact the National Organization for Marriage prides itself on its defense of marriage, Equality Matters points out that a significant quantity of their recent blog posts (20 percent) have nothing to do with marriage. With posts opposing civil unions, pro-LGBT curricula, same-sex parenting, and non-discrimination law as well as others that are just generally anti-LGBT, self-victimizing, or pro-conservative, it’s clear that NOM’s agenda is not as genuinely about “marriage” as they like to claim.
