Fred Karger and Gary Johnson Not Invited To GOP Debate | Keen News Service reports that openly gay candidate Fred Karger will not participate in next week’s CNN debate for Republican presidential contenders, despite the fact he has raised more money than Tim Pawlenty. Former New Mexico Gov. Gary Johnson, who has been supportive on various LGBT issues, was also not invited.
