40 Percent Of Gays And Lesbians Experience Discrimination In The Workplace | The Center for American Progress recently released a report about the prevalence of LGBT workplace discrimination and the protections necessary to prevent it. As CAP’s Jeff Krehely notes in this new “Ask The Expert” video, almost half of gays and lesbians and 90 percent of transgender people have experienced discrimination or harassment in the workplace:
