Binghamton, NY Makes Special Day For Same-Sex Marriage Licenses | Same-sex couples in Binghamton, New York will be able to receive “their marriage licenses from the city clerk the same day that same-sex marriage becomes legal in New York, despite July 24 falling on a Sunday.” It’s unclear if if other municipalities across New York would make marriage licenses available on July 24.
