Senate To Hold Hearing On DOMA Repeal | Via The Washington Blade: Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-VT), chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee, will hold a hearing on repeal of the Defense of Marriage Act “in the next few weeks.” It will allow for the first-ever testimony against DOMA before Congress.
