Chile Might Soon Recognize Same-Sex Civil Unions | Via Bloomberg: Chile is preparing a bill to legalize same-sex civil unions that will be presented to Congress by next week. Towleroad points out that Chile’s President Sebastian Pinera strongly supports the bill, advising Congress to “protect and safeguard” the rights of all unmarried couples.
