Transgender Woman Shot And Killed In Northeast DC | Twenty-three-year-old Lashay Mclean of Northeast Washington was shot and killed early this morning on the 6100 block of Dix Street NE. Mclean was a client of the Transgender Health Empowerment (THE) project.
