Maryland Governor To Announce Plans To Support Marriage Equality | Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley (D) will announce tomorrow or Monday what role he plans to play in a new campaign to support marriage equality. He had indicated his support for the bill that ended up failing earlier this year, but never made a large public push.
