66 Percent Of Minnesota State Fair-Goers Oppose Anti-Gay Marriage Amendment

The Minnesota House of Representatives held a poll at the Minnesota State Fair on where fair attendees stand on the proposed constitutional amendment banning same-sex marriage. Of the record 12,549 respondents, 66.5 percent opposed the discriminatory amendment while only 29.8 percent supported it. Previous polls have shown a majority of Minnesotans oppose the constitutional ban.
