"Military Begins Accepting Applications From Openly Gay Servicemembers"
As the military awaits to officially lift the 1993 Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell policy tomorrow, it has already “begun accepting applications from openly gay recruits,” the Associated Press is reporting. “No one should be left with the impression that we are unprepared. We are prepared for repeal,” Pentagon press secretary George Little said. The ban will end at one minute after midnight.
